Account information: screen name, email address, role, account status, age verification status, and authentication records handled through Supabase.

Age-aware access: general IE Gemz discovery is open to browse. Places marked for adults, such as bars, nightclubs, or breweries, ask visitors to confirm age before opening the profile. Account birthdays are stored privately and are never shown on public profiles.

Profile and application content: artist and venue applications, names, bios, genres, locations, profile images, logos, menu images, submitted videos, TV posts, offers, and dashboard details you choose to publish.

Collaboration inquiries: contact name, email, organization or creator name, Instagram handle, city, event details, links, and the collaboration message you choose to submit.

Business activation and production consent records: invited business or participant email, legal name, business role, optional telephone number, typed signature, affirmative consent choices, agreement or release version and text hash, profile and production identifiers, server timestamp, request identifier, IP evidence, and browser user agent.

Community activity: follows, favorites, comments, fan feed posts, live chat messages, direct artist/venue messages, notifications, reactions, likes, check-ins, avatar rewards, and Explorer diamond progress.

Technical and safety data: page views, device and browser information, iOS notification permission status and device tokens, IP-derived rate-limit signals, request logs, error logs, live telemetry, anti-abuse checks, and realtime connection events.

To operate IE Gemz, authenticate users, show public artist and venue profiles, run live chat, deliver notifications, support check-ins, unlock free rewards, and keep the app reliable.

If you explicitly enable mobile push alerts, we use your selected alert categories and an Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging device token to deliver those alerts. Push is off by default, promotional categories require separate opt-in, and you can turn push or individual categories off from your profile.

To review artist and venue applications, moderate user-generated content, detect abuse, debug errors, and respond to support requests.

To privately review and respond to event coverage, creator collaboration, artist feature, and place feature inquiries submitted to the IE Gemz owner team.

To understand broad product usage such as page views, live activity, and popular content. IE Gemz does not sell personal data and does not use advertising cookies.

Public comments, fan feed messages, live chat messages, profile content, and approved artist or venue media may be visible to other IE Gemz users.

Artist/venue direct messages are visible to the sender, recipient, and IE Gemz owner/admin review tools for safety, abuse prevention, and support. Only opted-in artists and venues appear as direct message recipients.

Do not post sensitive personal information, payment details, private addresses, or emergency information inside comments, chats, or direct messages.

IE Gemz uses first-party session storage, browser storage, and cookies needed for login, age-gate flow, app preferences, realtime connections, and security.

For guests, the age check sets an nv_age_access cookie that remembers only an 18+ or 21+ access level for 30 days. It does not contain your birthday, name, email, or payment information.

We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site ad tracking in IE Gemz.

IE Gemz uses infrastructure providers to run the app, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Apple Push Notification service for iPhone alerts you enable; Vercel for hosting and Speed Insights; Render and Centrifugo for realtime delivery; Mux for live and video infrastructure; and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse checks.

These providers process data only as needed to provide infrastructure and security for IE Gemz. IE Gemz is a free app and does not process purchases or checkout inside this app.

Account and profile data is retained while your account, artist profile, or venue profile remains active.

Messages, comments, chat, submissions, and moderation records may be retained while the related account, artist, venue, or live surface remains active, unless deleted earlier through product controls or by request.

Operational logs, rate-limit records, and safety/audit events may be retained as needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, and maintain platform integrity.

Active mobile push device registrations are refreshed while you use enabled alerts. Registrations not refreshed for 180 days are disabled, and logout, account deletion, permission changes, or permanent Apple or Firebase token errors deactivate them sooner.

Accepted business activation agreements, participant releases, publication snapshots, and related evidence may be retained as legal, rights, editorial, security, and dispute records even after profile access or public material is removed, subject to applicable law.

Support emails are retained while we resolve the request and may be deleted upon request when no longer needed.

Collaboration inquiries and private owner review notes may be retained while the opportunity is active and afterward as reasonably needed for follow-up, abuse prevention, and an accurate record of the request.

You can edit or delete many profile details from your IE Gemz profile and dashboards.

You can turn all mobile push alerts or individual alert categories off from your IE Gemz profile. You can also revoke notification permission in iPhone or Android Settings without losing app access, content, or rewards.

You can request account deletion from your profile where available. Account deletion removes your IE Gemz account and linked app data, subject to limited retention for security, audit, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

You can also email niteview951@gmail.com for privacy, support, deletion, or correction requests. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process privacy/deletion requests within 30 days when verification is complete.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. IE Gemz does not sell personal information.

General public discovery can be browsed without an account. Account creation and interactive community features are limited to people 18 and older, and restricted place profiles have their own age requirement.

We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor created an account, contact niteview951@gmail.com so we can review and remove the associated data when appropriate.

We use HTTPS, access-controlled databases, role-based app permissions, server-side validation, anti-abuse checks, and limited admin access to protect IE Gemz data.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe there is a security issue, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy as IE Gemz changes. Material updates will be reflected by the Last updated date on this page.

Continuing to use IE Gemz after an update means you accept the updated policy.
